Senior design leadership, when you need it.
I’ve spent 19 years designing products for the people complicated systems tend to leave behind: employees navigating a health program, Medicaid and Medicare members managing their wellbeing, families building financial stability for the first time.
Most recently I was Head of Design at DreamFi, where I owned everything a member could see, from the app to the booth at a conference. Now I partner with companies as a fractional design leader, and when a project needs more hands, I can bring in my agency team at VAJ Design.
